HELP! I have a driving test tomorrow/today and my car is missing a reflector!!! Is this an automatic fail?

That could be "iffy". A broken lense may not be considered road worthy. It just depends on how picky the examiner wants to be.. The requirements for the car are listed on Pages 11 & 12 of the California Driver Handbook.
