Varsity Times for Your School (Track and Field)?

I want to know how competitive my school is. I do distance and for our school, Washington High SChool in Fremont, CA in Bay Area, our VArsity Block times are 4:54 and 10:40. Are those really competitive kinda or nor. What are the Varsity Block Times for your High SChool? BTW, this is for Track and Field
