I really need help for my driving test?!?

So i failed my license test the first time and i practiced a lot after so now im taking it soon in fremont california. Anyone have some tips for this city's driving test? I also checked the weather for the date and it said it would rain on my day, any tips to cope with the weather during my test? thanks so much!
