Homeschooling in Fremont, CA?

has anyone ever attended Family Learning Center in Fremont, CA as a home schooled student? and/or has anyone attended Family Playce in Fremont as a home schooled student?both of these places seem like a bogus schooling option to me.my son attended both of them and graduated/ finished his credits and now he doesn't have any transcripts according to them!now he has to take the GED(instead of a nice diploma that he worked so hard for!) in order to attend college because of their mistakes!has this happened to anyone at these schools?Also, the supposed director of the school, Marcia Williams wont return any calls;she took the money, provided courses,work, etc.then split and wont give us a call to get his diploma or transcripts.this has been going on for two and a half yrs now.should we sue or track her down somehow;maybe the business closed down, how do we find out?any suggestions, personal experiences? I'm going to report her and both schools to the BBB.I've tried looking into these "schools" and this "director" but they seemed to have no credentials...help!
