Is this true about muscles?

I can only emphasize the first answer. Don't overdo the protein intake. To much protein can cause problems with kidney function amongst other issues. Make sure you eat a balanced diet.Enough vegetables to promote healthy tissue. Protein shakes are good. Most can provide around 30% of required daily protein a day. I know in the old days one would add a raw egg to the shake. Now I would be afraid that the eggs are not safe to eat raw.
