Please HELP ME!!! I wanna start deer hunting in Califonia and need some help beging?

I am 16 years old and live in Fremont California, i have done a lot of duck and a little turkey hunting in the 3 years that i have hunted and really want to begin to do more. I would like to try deer and wild boar but dont have the money to spend 600 dollars just to kill a pig. I have most of the gear and stuff figured out but i just need to figure out how to find a place to hunt? do any of you know possible places to look online to find places or public lands where i can kill a buck or boar where im not gonna have to cut into my shotgun shell money around me???
