Will the Oakland A's remain in Oakland or will they go to Fremont?

Is oakland even a city anymore? hah havent heard anything about that town in awhile. Id say move em to fremont but i have no clue were that is ether. get them to a town that has more than 100,000 people living there atleast, lol, and has a good market maybe.
