If i have 2 DUIs and i am going to trial, do i have a good chance if the Blood alcohol test got thrown out?

I live in Cali, I caught the charges in Fremont ca (people from Texas don`t bother answering, little different). I got the DUI`s 2 years ago, have not had a drink since. But if my lawyer interviewed the arresting officers, at pre trial, got the Blood test thrown out. Do i have a pretty good shot at a jury trial? Also my lawyer is saying The officers where profiling me, So they had no reason to pull me over to begin with. So if the DA can`t talk about the test or the reason for why i was pulled over, Why am i even going to trial? Shouldn`t it just be dismissed? If i do go to trial, What is there going to be left to argue? Keep in mind my lawyer is a 70 year old man who has been practicing law for over 40 years.
